unlawful revocation of Titles by the State through the Registrar of Titles; Public Interest Litigation; Legal & Governance Audit of State Parastatals; Patent and Copyright Law; Tax law; Court sanctioned Sale by private treaty of charged property; court sanctioned acquisitions of easements and way leave over private property for electricity transmission projects by the Government of Kenya; Election Petitions etc.

Patrick has successfully represented a key government parastatal whose award of a One Billion Kenya Shillings Contract for Design, Supply, Installation, Integration, Testing and Commissioning of an Integrated Security System had been challenged at both the Public Procurement Administration and Review Board and at the Judicial Review Division of the High Court of Kenya.
