Overview
Kichwen is a enthusiastic advocate of the high court with an LLB from Kabarak University and a post graduate Diploma from Kenya School of Law. He is an associate with over three years’ experience in civil and commercial litigation, conveyancing, banking and securities law, contract negotiation, drafting and review, legal consultancy and drafting, incorporation and debt collection, commercial and civil litigation as well as research.
In the past, Kichwen has successfully handled briefs in corporate and private sector clients, contract negotiation, Litigation matters such as settling out of court matters on behalf of clients representing clients before the competition Authority of Kenya and competition tribunal.
He has also been involved in risk mitigation and implementation mechanisms consultancies for commodities fund.
