Overview

An expert in commercial, corporate law and governance matters, Caroline has extensive experience in the banking and finance sector, pension funds, ICT bodies and blue-chip companies. She has previously served as a member of the Law society of Kenya Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee.

Caroline is a Certified Secretary, an accredited Governance Auditor as well as accredited Governance, Ethics, Risk and Compliance expert.

Certified Secretaries. She has been involved in legal and governance audit consultancies as well as general legal due diligence. Caroline is also a keen arbitrator and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
